Professional Membership Options:

Individual: $80 - For individuals working in, or interested in public health

Affiliate Membership: $58 - For individuals who are a member of a CPHA affiliate. To qualify for an affiliate membership, you must also be a member of APHA

Student or Retired: $37 - For full-time students, those earning less than $12,000/year, or retired individuals

Organizational Membership Options:

LPHA Rural and Frontier: $300 - Includes 5 LPHA  memberships at the same organization, For LPHAs serving rural/frontier communities

LPHA Small to Medium: $850 - Includes 40 LPHA memberships at the same organization

LPHA Medium to Large: $1650 - Includes 20 LPHA memberships at the same organization

LPHA Extra Large: $3300 - Includes 40 LPHA memberships at the same organization

Organization in Solidarity: $325 - Includes 2 memberships

Small Organization: $800 - Includes 5 memberships

Large Organization: $1550 - Includes 10 memberships
